Today I want to share the feelingsafter reading the Black Beauty with you
Recently,I have read the famous novelBlack Beauty which was written by Sewell and Black Beauty is the only book thatshe wrote. It took her nearly 7 years to finish writing it. I think it is avery difficult task.Do you think so? Of course,which is also a big success.Ialso want you to have a chance to readit.
I still remember when i began to readit ,i nearly could not stop reading it .As we all know the plots is sointeresting that you want to know what will happen to Black Beauty.Whilereading the story ,sometimes I feel happy and proud of Black Beauty sometimes Ifeel sad,for it is so hard for Black Beauty. To be honest, although I grew upin the village, I hardly pay much attention to the animals .And it was takenfor granted that they are just creatures without mind in the mercy of our humanbeings .Never have I had the chance to learn about horses till I read BlackBeauty. After finishing reading the book I was deeply impressed by the author’sdescription of horses natural and behavior. And I also felt ashamed of myinnocence and prejudice to animals.
The author presented the world in thehouse Black Beauty's eyes in his life long experience. Truth is told in thehorse’s various daily experiences with different kinds of masters and grooms.Ittells us that in the book Beauty met many kinds of masters and grooms. Ofcourse some of them are kind to Beauty.They treat him not just a horse but afamily and a friend. But some are not ,who always torture of him.They did notgive him anything to eat just made him work and work.However being well takencare of or not is not decided by Black Beauty. What matters most is humans’consciousness and morality. If you read the book,i believe after reading it youwill have a deep thought about how humans should be when we treat animals.
Okay, now.I want to introduce somethingabout the book to you. There are 4 parts in the book and I think after you readeach part, you will learn something useful to you. Such as, in part 1, it tells us:You are good to theseanimals, James, they can't help but learn to be good to you too. In this part,the master James treats Beauty very well and treats him as a family member. Atthe same time Beauty likes and trusts James very much.I think as a teacher Iwant to tell this to my students which will help them built a good relationshipwith their classmates , their friends and their families. This is veryimportant for them as they grow up .Part 2:Although I know it's ruining myhealth and will cause me to live a shorter life, I must wear it, I have nochoice. None of us has a choice. In this part, the writer tells us that Beautyhas no choice. But to obey the master .When i read this part i can felt Beautyis very helpless,he din not have any chance to change.At the same time i feltashamed of our humans.But actually in our life maybe sometimes we will be insuch situation that we have no choice,we can not do anything to change it.Howcan we deal with it? So i think if we can't change others or the things, Ithink we should change ourselves and choose a better way to deal with it.Do youagree with me？Part 3 :If a thing isright, it can be done and if it is wrong it can be done without and a good manwill find a way. In this part the writer tells us no matter what you will do,you should think about it twice and before you make any decision you shouldthink it carefully.I also think so,because there is no chance to give you to regret. Part 4. And with all my troubles and sadness behind me, I often find myselfdreaming happily about that day at a bird week park, which I spent with myfriends and the apple trees .In this part Beauty always thinks about his happypast and his family members, which makes him very happy during the hard time.And in this part I think the writer wants to tell us everyone should have adream maybe in someday our dreams will come true.As a saying goes:as long as wedare to dream and do not get in the way of ourselves,anything ispossible--there is truly no end to where our dreams can take us.
After I reading the novel, I'd like towrite these down. First, although Black Beauty is for children, I like it verymuch. Maybe I'm fond of children's books because they are wonderful, beautifuland full of love and care and what's the most important is most of children'sbooks have happy endings. Every time after I reading it, I feel happy andrelax. Second.Animals are our friends and we must treat them friendly becausein this novel the writer writes the story so well that sometimes I just thoughtBeauty was a human being and human beings were horses. Third . It makes methink about a dog that I kept as a pet years ago. He is friendly and clever.Sometimes I regretted that I didn't take very good care of it .Maybe from now on if I have a chance to keepanother pet I think I will try my bestto look after it well and treat him equally .Fourth. I made a decision bymyself from now on I can't take other people's service for granted .Every timewhen i receive others help and kindness I should be thankful and grateful and Ishould be very polite .
I strongly recommend you to read thisbook.You will get something beyond you expected.Trust me!
